New Employment Program-STEP

New Employment Program-STEP: Q-STEP Program Poster Collage NDQUIS is launching a new employment program called the Quinte Skills Training Employment (STEP Program, funded by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario. The program is open to Permanent Residents, Canadian Citizens, and Protected Persons who are age 18 and up, unemployed or working less than 20 hours per week, and not full-time students.
